The Grange Covid Update
Due to the last 12 months during covid unfortunately the waiting lists in the health service have grown. Please note that the wait time at the surgery may be longer than you expect. We are working hard to see patients as soon as we can.
Secondary care are also suffering the effects of covid and therefore it may take longer to be seen by a consultant. If you have been referred to the Hospital and you need to check on the progress of your appointment by contacting booking office number on your referral information. Please do not contact the surgery as we are unable to advise you of this information.

New Cancellation Line
We now have a dedicated cancellation line. To cancel an appointment, simply call us on 01730 778080 and leave a message on our answerphone.
Petersfield Hospital Phlebotomy Clinics
Petersfield Hospital Phlebotomy clinics will be returning back to the hospital as of 6th July 2020. To book appointments please call between 8am – 4:30pm on 07943 836488 from 30th June 2020 for appointments starting from 6th July 2020.
From the 1st July 2020, we will no longer be accepting prescription requests via email. From this date forward, please use online access, eConsult or your pharmacy to request your medication.

Consult our doctors online with eConsult (WEB GP)
E Consult is a set of online tools that allows you to access our GPs via a completed online form. Simply click on the website and answer the questions to check which service is right for your symptoms, get immediate self-help advice, find out what other services can help you, or have a doctor call you back by the end of the next working day to offer you advice.
Locked door policy
To minimise the risk of infection we are locking our door with immediate effect.
Please ring the doorbell and a member of staff will come to you.
If you are early for an appointment please can we ask that you wait in your car as we do not have the space for you to wait inside. Also we ask that only the patient attends the appointment.
We have also fitted a doorbell on our staff entrance door and we ask if you could use this port of call for sample pot collection and sample drop-off. Unfortunately we cannot accept samples in glass bottles.
Please request all medication on-line via the NHS app or other provider (our reception team can help set this up). Medication not on repeat cannot be requested this way but can be requested via eConsult here on our website home page. If you do not have internet access you can request via your pharmacy - Boots, High Street & Day Lewis only, write a letter our use a repeat slip if you have one.
