Blood tests can be booked at the surgery with one of our Healthcare Assistants. If your GP has requested a blood test for you please come to the surgery. There is no need to have a form as this will be available at your appointment.
Patients living in Petersfield, Havant and East Hampshire who either require blood tests requested by Portsmouth Hospital’s clinicians as part of their hospital care or treatment or are on warfarin and require blood tests to manage their treatment can have their bloods taken at Petersfield Hospital blood clinic. Petersfield Hospital blood clinic is now a walk in service and is available Monday – Tuesday 7am – 11.30am (excluding Bank Holidays)
Petersfield and The Queen Alexandra Hospitals will welcome any patients having blood tests taken for INR or blood tests that have been requested by a consultant. Children under the age of 16 will need to attend the hospital in Portsmouth for their blood test.
Accessing Your Health Records
Under GDPR all patients should have electronic access to their full medical records.
The Grange Surgery has a service called Patient Access. The information that we are able to provide through this facility is as follows:
- Immunisations history
- Current and past clinical activity. Patient Access displays clinical activity as ‘problems’
